How long does the IT assessment take?

Most assessments are completed in 1–3 business days after our initial meeting, depending on the size and complexity of your environment. The initial conversation usually takes 30–60 minutes. We'll be transparent about timing so it doesn't disrupt your operations.

Is there any obligation or commitment after the assessment?

None whatsoever. The assessment is genuinely free, and we'll never pressure you into a contract. If the assessment reveals issues you'd like us to help with, great — we'll propose a solution. If you want to take the findings elsewhere, also great. We'd rather earn your trust through honesty than close a deal through pressure.

How quickly does Flyght respond to new client inquiries?

What does the IT onboarding process look like after we decide to work with you?

We start by gathering all your existing credentials and documenting your environment. Then we deploy our monitoring and management tools across your network and endpoints. Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–4 weeks with zero operational disruption. Your team barely notices the transition — but they do notice the improvement once it's done.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We work with annual agreements, which give both sides the stability to do the job right. We're not interested in locking clients in — we're interested in doing the work well enough that they'd never consider leaving. If we're not delivering, we'll have that conversation.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person or team?

Absolutely. Co-managed IT is one of our most common arrangements. We bring enterprise tools, escalation support, after-hours coverage, and specialized cybersecurity expertise — your internal team keeps handling what they're great at. We define roles clearly upfront so there's no overlap or confusion.

What if we're currently under contract with another IT provider?

That's a conversation worth having. Depending on your contract terms, the transition might be immediate or planned around your contract end date.
